My husband and I needed to buy our first home. With one child starting kindergarten and one on the way, we did not need any extra stress. Mike was recommended to us by a trusted closing company that I know. Upon her forwarding our information, Mike reached out to us very promptly. We originally were looking for a home in West Chester area and he gave us many options. We set up a showing and on short notice before our showing, we decided to change where we were looking for homes. We heard back (also past any true business hours) later and received a counter offer, which we then accepted. The rest of the process was just as smooth as the beginning. Mike made sure we understood what would happen next and always prepared us for potential problems. He never once left us in the dark. He always made sure that we were prepared for every possible outcome. His assistant Amy was also very helpful! Our close date was smooth, we were in and out within an hour.
