  We thought we'd done a pretty good job of positioning our house for sale and weren't sure we even wanted to hire an agent. Mike went the extra mile to show us how to do it ourselves and what it would take. He left the decision in our hands, but we decided to leave it in his. His knowledge of the process and his support team's effort really made a difference both from an ultimate sales price, as well as the ease of the transaction.

  Mike is one-of-a-kind. My wife and I worked with him to look for a house in West Chester and surrounding areas for close to a year, and he remained patient and supportive throughout. Whenever we had a question, he was quick to respond with a detailed and knowledgeable answer about the marketplace (and given the way it is now, that was a challenge!). At the onset, he took time to understand what we wanted, but he NEVER was overly pushy or aggressive. Throughout the entire year, he worked to ensure we found our perfect forever home. Even as we closed out the experience, he is adding nice touches to help us out and make it a good experience. I would never think about using a different realtor in the future.
