My wife and I were unsure if the time was right to move, we have been wanting to move for quite some time and finally got serious about it. We met with Mike to get his advice if now was a good time to move and talk with him about our very specific requirements for the neighborhood we have been wanting to move into for a few years.Mike gave us some excellent advice and he was confident he could sell our home fairly quickly and find us a house in our new desired neighborhood. We decided to make the move and Mike and his team got to work quickly. We were told Mike could sell our house as is and quickly or we could freshen up the paint and landscaping and have his stager come and he was confident that with doing these suggestions, our return on investment would pay off significantly. Mike also put us in touch with a painter and landscaper and sent over a stager to advise us on how to stage the house to show it's best.We got to work and in a few short weeks our house hit the market, in two days we received 10 offers, we literally had a handful of excellent offers to choose from. We ended up selling our house for way, way, way over asking price and settled with no issues at all.Mike also found us a home in the exact neighborhood we had targeted and all of the amenities we wished for. From day one, until we moved into the new house, everything went flawlessly and Mike and his crew guided us along the way. They blew our expectations away and my wife and I could not be happier.
