Trending or Timeless?

I can’t remember a time selling homes in West Chester over the past two decades when these items were so popular.  Whether you are selling a home in the borough or outside of town, these items are of high priority and make your home very desirable.

1. Fenced-In Yard

In today’s day and age, it seems like many buyers have little furry friends. A prerequisite when buying for a large group of onlookers is a perimeter that allows Fido a sanctuary to be free. So…that $10,000 (more or less) investment into your split rail, PVC, or chain-linked fence was worth every last dollar.

2. A Pool

After the “C” word took place in 2020, most people loved having a homelike resort. Homes with a pool meant fun and activities in the comfort of your own residence without having to go anywhere else. Pools went from being viewed as a negative to being a huge selling feature nowadays. If you have it, SHOW IT OFF in all its splendor.

3. One Home Office–Two is a Huge Bonus

In this day and age, many companies offer perks. Working from home at least a few days a week is a common interest that aspiring employees negotiate into their contracts. Therefore, an official home office that separates you from the rest of the household is extremely valuable. When looking at homes, a dedicated work space is high on today’s priority list.
