The 43rd annual Chester County Restaurant Festival is back. Every 3rd Sunday in September, the borough of West Chester closes their streets. The town is filled with local artisans, entertainment, and information booths. Local vendors making a name for themselves trying to capture the market. West Chester expects 15,000-20,000 people this year. If you find yourself putting this event off each year, this is the year to attend. The scene is amazing!
