  My wife and I were unsure if the time was right to move, we have been wanting to move for quite some time and finally got serious about it. We were told Mike could sell our house as is and quickly or we could freshen up the paint and landscaping and have his stager come and he was confident that with doing these suggestions, our return on investment would pay off significantly. We ended up selling our house for way, way, way over asking price and settled with no issues at all.
