  I cannot say enough positive things about my recent experience with Mike Ciunci and his team. From the first meeting Mike made me feel comfortable and at ease with the selling process. My situation was not a straightforward one and Mike was truly a gem in ensuring the entire transaction went smoothly from start to finish. He not only listened to my questions and concerns but worked closely with me to discuss all possibilities and options so we could make the best informed decisions. He helped us sell our family home of 65 years - he knew what to highlight and how to position the home. He got the market excited before the home went on the market which resulted in lots of interest.   Mike is one-of-a-kind. My wife and I worked with him to look for a house in West Chester and surrounding areas for close to a year, and he remained patient and supportive throughout. Whenever we had a question, he was quick to respond with a detailed and knowledgeable answer about the marketplace (and given the way it is now, that was a challenge!). At the onset, he took time to understand what we wanted, but he NEVER was overly pushy or aggressive. Throughout the entire year, he worked to ensure we found our perfect forever home. Even as we closed out the experience, he is adding nice touches to help us out and make it a good experience. I would never think about using a different realtor in the future.
