  My wife and I were unsure if the time was right to move, we have been wanting to move for quite some time and finally got serious about it. We got to work and in a few short weeks our house hit the market, in two days we received 10 offers, we literally had a handful of excellent offers to choose from. We ended up selling our house for way, way, way over asking price and settled with no issues at all. Mike also found us a home in the exact neighborhood we had targeted and all of the amenities we wished for. From day one, until we moved into the new house, everything went flawlessly and Mike and his crew guided us along the way. They blew our expectations away and my wife and I could not be happier.
